mahl provides a variety of services for education and business. We have extensive experience
working in vocational and academic education, both in the UK and abroad.
Whilst subject training courses offered generally cover the curriculum, the other skills that managers and
teachers need to fulfill their roles can be neglected.
We aim to offer courses and workshops that enable educators to become effective and productive
leaders and managers.

Our open courses cost £189.50 plus VAT per person for a day's training or workshop. Two delegates from the same
establishment cost £350 plus VAT. We can arrange in-house or one to
one training at negotiated, fair prices and you are welcome to enrol
on the courses offered on our other training pages as often the skills
needed in business and education are the same. Open courses are
currently Hampshire based. In-house training is where you are!

responsibilities in staff management and training to develop their understanding of this area and work
with our trainers to develop ways of dealing with staff issues before they become serious and stressful.

help you to produce content that is meaningful and is fit for purpose. We can provide marketing workshops and

effectively. Our workshops are led by marketing specialists, journalists and published writers who can help you

Interim Management is offered to help develop the curriculum and middle managers for schools and Local
Authorities. We offer In-house support for aspects of management and learning in schools to help colleagues deal
with the changes and challenges of educating during constant change!
Authorities and schools already supported include: Swindon, Dudley, Lewisham,
Isle of Wight, Telford and Portsmouth
Courses are written and developed for training in schools for INSET days as
well as department support especially for literacy and
humanities and cross-curricular work. We work with pupils and
teachers to improve motivation, improve behaviour and progress teaching and learning.
